Cocktail Recipe - Chocolate Bunny

Cocktail Recipe - Chocolate Bunny

Easter, it's hopping this way already... I've been busy enjoying the Hot Cross buns (although they were in the supermarket before we took the Christmas tree down, which was confusing) When I think of Easter, I think of chocolate, obviously, and that makes me think of Chocolate Cocktails.... 🍫

My spirit of choice for use in cocktails is Classic Vodka, so here's a simple little Easter Cocktail to enjoy while the kids are hunting around the garden for those eggs you scoffed and forgot to replace. This recipe makes enough for two serves and I recommend you put the Baileys in the fridge and Vodka in the freezer for a few hours before making.

1. If you're fancy, melt a little white chocolate on a saucer in the microwave. Dip the rim of your favourite cocktail glasses in and then put them into the fridge for a couple of minutes to set. (or just bite the ears off one of your kids chocolate bunnies and drop in a straw)

2. Combine 1/4 cup Nutella, 60ml Baileys Irish Cream, 30ml Classic Vodka, 250ml milk in a blender and blend until combined. Don't have a blender? Use a shaker but add some ice cubes to get things mixing!!

3. Place a mini easter egg into the bottom of each glass (remembering to unwrap them) and top with the chocolate cocktail. You're welcome 🍸

Oh, and don't forget to replace those eggs you ate..... 🐇
